At Profile Design, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your expectations; if your purchase doesn't help you achieve your personal best, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unused condition and include all factory packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
